We deliver throughout Mallorca, ensuring that your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Delivery dates can be easily selected during checkout, giving you the flexibility to plan for any occasion;

Pickup Option
Prefer to pick up your flowers in person? We offer a convenient in-store pickup option. Just select the pickup option during the checkout process and we'll have your bouquet ready for you.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care in the processing and delivery of your floral arrangements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or if your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery;


Additional Information
  • All orders are final once processed, except in cases of damage or errors on our part.
  • Returns and replacements will only be considered when accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the delivered product.
  • Changes or cancellations of orders must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

When you make a purchase, shipping costs are calculated based on your zip code. Entering the postal code in the delivery address allows the system to automatically determine the delivery cost for the selected region. We are not responsible for errors made by the buyer when entering the zip code, as in case of error we may require additional payment for delivery to another region or cancel and return the order.

Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order. In case of address error, the seller is not responsible for non-delivery. If the recipient is not at the address or delivery location provided, we offer a forwarding service for an additional cost. If you do not wish to use this service, we may contact the recipient to pick up the order at our store. If the order cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to the impossibility of contacting the customer, the company is not responsible for possible losses, since the products are perishable.
