Cancel your order before it has been shipped or delivered
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped or delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary costs.
Сancellation of an order after it has been shipped or delivered
Once the order has been shipped or delivered, cancellations are not accepted, as flowers are perishable products. In the case of delivery of bouquets for an event, wedding or other fixed time day, cancellation of the order after shipment is not possible.
Changes to your order
If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g. change flowers or delivery address), please notify us at least 24 hours prior to delivery so that we can accommodate your wishes.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of the products (flowers, bouquets and other floral arrangements), returns and exchanges are not possible unless the merchandise is damaged or does not correspond to your order. In such a case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Special circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure), we are always available to discuss solutions with you. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer you the best way out.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 45 of Law 6/96, of January 15, of the Retail Trade Ordinance, the customer may not request the return of fresh merchandise if the claim has not been filed within 24 hours of delivery of the order.
